To mark the 50th anniversary of Dmitri Shostakovich’s death (9th August 2025), Deutsche Grammophon releases world premiere recordings and rarities by the great Russian composer – most of them recorded at the International Shostakovich Festival in Gohrisch (Saxony), the world’s only annual Shostakovich festival.
